Introduction to the User Agreement:
Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions regulating your use of this store and all the legal effects resulting from your use of the store's services over the Internet via this electronic platform, as the use of any person for Breath Store, whether a consumer of a service or a product or otherwise, is considered approval and acceptance from him and he is fully qualified according to Sharia, system and law for all the articles and provisions of this agreement and it is a confirmation of your commitment to its systems and what is mentioned therein, and this agreement applies to all types of dealings between the user and the store, and this agreement is considered valid and effective once you approve it and start registering with Breath Store in accordance with Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.

Article One - Introduction and Definitions:
The above preamble is an integral part of this Agreement, and below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this Agreement:
1. (Store) This term means Breath Store, and this definition includes all forms of Breath Store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application or a page on any social media platform.
2. (User) This term refers to every consumer who purchases the product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
3. (Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this Agreement which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.

Article Two - User's Legal Capacity:
1. The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity recognized by Sharia and the system to deal with the store or that he is not less than eighteen years old.
2. The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.

Article Three - Nature of Breath Store’s Commitment:
1. Breath Store’s commitment to consumers or users is to provide (the service or product).
2. Breath Store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) required by the user.

Article Four - Controls for using Breathe Store:
1. The user is committed to using the Breath Store electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing a service or product from Breathe Store, the user undertakes not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying to join Breath Store membership as a user, you are obligated to disclose information for use when accessing Breath Store services. By doing so, you agree to:
1. Breathe Store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and you agree to notify Breathe Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information at Breathe Store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2. Breath Store will not be liable in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of the disclosure of account information.
3. You are committed to using your account or membership at Breathe Store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. In the event that someone else uses it, you bear the consequences of losses or misuse, since you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4. You agree to use Breathe Store with all seriousness and honesty.
5. You undertake to disclose true, correct, current, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with Breath Store and you undertake to update your data if it changes in reality or if necessary.
6. Breath Store is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7. If Breath Store finds that you have disclosed information that is false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of the User Agreement, Breath Store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account on the platform without prejudice to Breath Store’s other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting the rest of the users.
8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, Breath Store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing Breath Store services again.

Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be via the email or WhatsApp registered on the platform, the phone number, or via social media platforms.
2. The User agrees that all data and communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts and are self-sufficient evidence in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
3. The user agrees that he may be contacted and informed of any provisions relating to this agreement or dealings with him by the Breath Store management broadcasting general messages to all users or to specific users of the Breath Store.

Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:
1. Breath Store may notify you of any amendment to this Agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this Agreement.
2. In the event of an objection to any amendment to the User Agreement, Breath Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in Breath Store or your use of Breath Store constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent that negates ignorance, and Breath Store accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.
3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any other expenses added by Breathe Store, provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available means through Breathe Store.
4. Breath Store may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
5. Breath Store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and provisions of the User Agreement for any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment and Settlement Services for Breath Store:
1. Breath Store provides, through its partners, the payment and settlement system in Breath Store. It can be done entirely online through the payment options available in Breath Store or through any payment method provided by Breath Store from time to time.
2. Breath Store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it displays in its store according to the recognized market value.
3. Breath Store is committed to providing invoices for all amounts and profits generated in its store and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product from Breath Store.
4. Breath Store is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store in application of the provisions of this agreement and the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this organization.

Article Nine - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:
1. The user acknowledges that he grants Breath Store an unlimited, global, permanent, irrevocable, free of charge, and licensed right to use personal or other information or materials that you have provided or supplied to the Breath platform or announced on the platform by joining or using it, through the forms designated for communication and registration or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform, with the aim of achieving any of the interests that the platform deems appropriate.
2. The provisions of confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” of Breath Store and to the provisions of this agreement related to confidentiality of information.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:
1. The intellectual property rights of Breath Store are rights owned by Breath Store in full, whether they were owned by them before the establishment of this platform.
Electronic or after its establishment.
2. The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Breath Store, which include Breath Store itself and the words, logos and other symbols of Breath Store or displayed on Breath Store, as Breath Store and every right that follows Breath Store are rights owned entirely by the intellectual property of Breath Store.

Article Eleven - Breath Store Responsibility:
1. Breath Store is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2. Breath Store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.
3. Breath Store, its employees, owners and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:
1. Breath Store takes (physical, organizational and technical) measures to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users’ personal information.
2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through Breathe Store.
3. Breath has no control over the actions of any third party or third parties, such as other web pages linked to the Platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
4. You know and agree that Breath Store may use your information that you have provided to it, for the purpose of providing services to you in Breath Store and sending marketing messages to you, and that the privacy in Breath Store regulates the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identification information, and the rules of information confidentiality are subject to Breath Store’s “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy”.

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:
Breath Store may suspend or cancel a user's membership or restrict a user's access to the Platform Services at any time without notice and for any reason without limitation.

Article Fourteen - Applicable law or regulation:
This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Fifteen - General Provisions:
- In the event that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses and terms contained in the User Agreement and they remain valid until further notice from the Breath Store management.
This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the User Agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between Breath Store and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:
1. The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed on Breathe Store services or products may be modified from time to time.
3. The promotional or marketing offers that Breath Store may put forward are temporary offers, as Breath Store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. Breath Store has the right to issue or stop promotional codes at any time whenever necessary.
5. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between Breath Store and the user.
6. This User Agreement shall not be terminated except by a decision issued by the Breath Store management.
