Breathe is a leading brand in the field of improving breathing, sleep, and daily performance, and has become the number one brand in Saudi Arabia in a short period. We have achieved rapid growth, quickly transitioning from an emerging brand to a leading name in the health and performance category.
We sponsor the biggest sporting events in the region and work directly with professional athletes and runners. Breathe products are used in races, workouts, and daily sleep for those seeking real and tangible improvements in breathing and performance.
We operate as a direct-to-consumer e-commerce model and will soon be launching the product in the largest retail companies within Saudi Arabia with a strong regional expansion ambition, and we are building a brand based on clarity, evidence, and results-driven creativity.
We are currently looking for a creative strategist to lead creativity in paid advertising and contribute directly to the next phase of Breath's growth.
About the role
You will be responsible for building and developing high-performing advertising ideas across Metas, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid channels. This role is pivotal to growth as you will determine what gets tested, why, and how ideas evolve based on data and results.
You will work directly with the design, editing, and campaign management teams, and with the founder, to ensure that the creative is organized, clear, and conversion-oriented.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Generating and planning creative ideas
Developing angles and messages of attraction that align with Breathe's identity in sleep, breathing, and performance enhancement.
• Developing paid advertising ideas
Creating structured ideas for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok ads that include user content, storytelling, problem-and-solution style, and performance-based content.
Understanding the audience and the market
Analyze customer comments, reviews, messages, competitor ads, and market trends to continuously improve messaging.
• Improvement based on performance
Analyze advertising results with the campaign team and turn the numbers into clear, creative decisions.
• Comparative testing management
Design and implement tests on text, angles, videos, and formats to improve cost per acquisition, click-through rate, and return on advertising expenditure.
• Working with the team
Coordination with designers and editors to ensure that ideas are implemented with high quality and clarity.
• Organizing creative work
Use tools such as Asana or Trello to manage ideas, tests, and production plans.
• Maintaining brand identity
Ensuring that all advertising reflects Breath's identity built on trust, science, and performance.
Required qualifications
• At least two years of experience in creative strategy or a similar role in marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat ads and what delivers real results
• The ability to think in terms of marketing angles and messages, not just design.
• Analytical mindset and a clear understanding of numbers and performance
• High skill in advertising storytelling and persuasion
• Experience working with design, editing, and campaign management teams
• High organization and clear management of testing and development processes
• A portfolio showcasing advertising ideas based on performance, not just visuals
