These terms and conditions explain how to benefit from the National Day offer at Breath Store. Completing an order during the offer period constitutes acceptance of the terms presented to the customer before completing the purchase, without prejudice to their rights under Saudi regulations.
1. Offer period and included products
• The show starts on September 13, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Saudi Arabia time.
• The offer includes all physical products displayed in the store.
• Does not include the purchase of gift cards, wallet balances, shipping fees, or services.
• The offer applies only to orders created during the offer period and is not retroactive.
• An order created during the offer period remains eligible for cashback if it is delivered after the offer ends, provided that the rest of the conditions are met.
2. Get a 10% discount with code ND26
• The customer receives a 10% discount on the value of the included products when entering the code ND26 before completing the payment.
• Make sure the discount appears in the order summary before completing the purchase. The code is not added retroactively to a completed order.
• Cashback is calculated on the value of the products after applying discounts, including the code discount.
• The use of the code is not required to qualify for cashback once the order meets the offer conditions.
3. Cashback value and how it is calculated
• Cashback is a promotional credit added to the customer's wallet within the Breath store for use in subsequent purchases, not a cash refund.
• The cashback amount is 50% of the eligible value of the products after discounts, including VAT, with a maximum of 1,000 per customer throughout the campaign period.
• Shipping fees, service charges, or amounts paid with free promotional credits are not counted towards the cashback qualifying value.
• Balances that represent amounts actually paid by the customer and then returned to his wallet are not treated as free promotional credit.
Illustrative example:
If the value of the products is 200 riyals, it becomes 180 riyals after using code ND26, and the customer is entitled to 90 riyals cashback after delivery of the order, without calculating shipping or service fees.
4. Eligibility requirements
• Cashback is granted once per customer, for one eligible order during the campaign period.
• No additional benefit is granted to the same person due to the use of multiple accounts or mobile numbers.
• The value of several separate orders is not combined for the purpose of calculating cashback.
• Cashback is due on products that have actually been delivered and for which payment has been collected.
• Cancelled or undelivered orders are not entitled to cashback.
• The order must be linked to the customer's account and have correct contact information in order for the balance to be added to the wallet associated with the order.
5. Credit addition date
• Cashback is added after the order is delivered and its value is collected, not just when the order is created or paid for.
• If the order is delivered in installments, the balance is added after the delivery of the eligible products is completed, according to their final condition.
• The balance is added without undue delay, and its value and expiry date appear in the customer's wallet.
• Failure to receive a notification of credit addition does not negate the customer's entitlement to it.
• The validity period of the balance begins from the date it is actually added and made available for use.
6. Balance usage and validity
• The credit is used for subsequent purchases within the Breath store, and is not used to pay for the order that resulted from it or to modify a previous order.
• The balance is valid for 30 days from the date it is actually added and made available for use.
• Unused balance expires upon its expiry date, and is not automatically renewed or compensated for in cash, subject to the provisions regarding unavailability below.
• The campaign ending on September 30 does not shorten the validity of previously accrued balance.
Logging in, adding products to the cart, or using part of the balance does not renew the validity of the remaining portion.
• The balance is personal and may not be transferred to another customer's account, sold, or exchanged.
• Using the balance does not result in entitlement to additional cashback within this campaign.
• The order summary shows the portion paid from the wallet and the portion to be paid by another payment method.
• Any additional restrictions on the use of credit or its combination with offers must be disclosed before the completion of a qualifying request, and no subsequent restrictions may be imposed that detract from an existing entitlement.
7. Do not convert cashback into cash.
• The promotional balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account or payment card, or exchanged for cash upon cancellation, return, or expiry.
• This rule applies only to promotional cashback balances, and does not include amounts that the customer has actually paid and is entitled to a refund according to the store's policy and applicable regulations.
8. Cancel or return the order that resulted in the cashback
• Taking advantage of the offer does not preclude exercising the rights of cancellation, return, or warranty in accordance with the store's policy and Saudi regulations.
• If the order is cancelled entirely or all eligible products are returned before the cashback is added, the credit will not be added.
• If the credit is added and then the order is completely cancelled or all eligible products are returned, the cashback entitlement is cancelled and the unused portion is withdrawn.
• In the case of a partial return, the cashback will be recalculated based on the qualifying value of the products that the customer retained after the discounts, taking into account the maximum offer limit.
• If part of the cashback is used and then becomes unentitled due to cancellation or return, it is settled according to what is permitted by the regulations and clearing conditions or by a valid agreement with the customer, with an explanation of the method of calculation.
• No new deduction shall be made from the customer’s payment method without valid authorization.
• The customer is not required to pay for an expired balance that has not been used, and the same balance is not collected twice.
• If a request is subsequently resubmitted in which a balance that has already been settled is used, the settlement is reviewed to prevent the customer from being charged the same amount twice.
9. Cancel or return an order in which cashback was used
Orders paid in full or in part with cashback are subject to the applicable return and exchange policy and statutory rights.
• The portion actually paid will be refunded via another payment method according to the approved refund mechanism, and will not be replaced with store credit without the customer's consent.
• The portion paid with cashback is returned to the wallet if its original entitlement remains valid, and with the original balance validity without automatic extension or conversion to cash.
• In partial refunds, the refunded amount is distributed between the balance and the other payment method according to the distribution of the original payment for the returned products.
• If the cancellation of the order by the store results in the loss of the opportunity to use the credit before it expires, the provisions for non-use set out in the following clause shall apply.
10. Out of stock, unusable, and store closure
• Product availability is subject to actual stock, and cashback does not guarantee the reservation of a specific product or its continued availability throughout the validity of the balance.
• The depletion of a particular product does not automatically extend the validity of the balance as long as there are other included and available products that can be used on it.
• If an acceptable order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and their funds and rights will be processed in accordance with the store's policy and applicable regulations.
• If the balance cannot be used in full due to a malfunction or shutdown on the part of the store, the customer will retain the remaining period of use after the service is restored, or an appropriate solution will be made by agreement with him and in accordance with the regulations.
• Events beyond the control of the store are dealt with according to the actual regulations and circumstances, and stockouts or operational disruptions alone are not automatically considered force majeure.
• Upon planned closure, the store will stop granting new credits and notify credit holders, allowing the remaining period to be used before the means of benefit is closed.
• In cases of compulsory closure, liquidation or bankruptcy, rights and procedures are subject to the competent regulations and decisions, and the closure of the portfolio alone does not result in the forfeiture of statutory rights.
11. Misuse and errors
• The entitlement in question may be temporarily suspended for verification when there are objective indications of manipulation or fraud, with the option to appeal via customer service.
• When a violation is proven, the cancellation of the balance is limited to the part that is not due, without prejudice to the legitimate rights of the customer.
• The fact that several customers share a single delivery address is not sufficient evidence on its own that they are one customer.
• Exercising a legitimate right of return or warranty is not, in itself, an abuse.
• Proven technical or computational errors may be corrected, provided that the correction is clearly explained and no outstanding balance is correctly cancelled.
12. General Provisions
• The offer may be modified or discontinued for future orders after such announcement, without prejudice to the rights and balances due for previous orders.
• The application is subject to the conditions presented at the time of its creation, and no subsequent modifications that diminish its eligibility shall apply to it.
• These terms complement the return, exchange, warranty policy and store terms of use, and do not limit the mandatory rights granted to the customer.
• These terms are subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Arabic text is the authoritative text.
• For inquiries or objections related to the offer or wallet, you can contact us through the customer service channels shown in the store, without prejudice to the right to resort to the competent authorities.

We use your personal data to contact you regarding your orders and shipments, and you will receive confirmation upon registration or when contact is needed.

All payments are subject to verification by the card issuer. If the payment is declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and we may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

Each voucher has an expiry date and cannot be reactivated after the expiry date.
Some coupons have a minimum order requirement.
Coupons may not apply to packages and special offers.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policy
Breath's goal is customer satisfaction. For safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event of a technical error on the website, Breath has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer.
Manufacturing defects are compensated for or the product is replaced.
recovery
Funds are transferred within 30 business days, excluding holidays. Refunds are processed via the Salla platform or to a bank account if the latter is unavailable.
The customer bears the delivery fees if they do not receive the shipment or cancel the order after it has been shipped.
Special requests
Customized or custom-designed products cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned.
Packages and offers
If there is a package that includes a basic product and a discounted product, the entire package or only the discounted product can be returned, depending on the case.
Offers such as one piece and one piece free apply only to selected products.
The free product cannot be returned for cash.
Free shipping codes can be applied to offers.
Additional discount codes may not apply to buy one, get one free offers.

Article Eight: Returned Purchases and Vouchers
First: No cash refund
The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any monetary amount under any circumstances. The voucher is a discount tool only and has no monetary value.
Second: The retrieval mechanism
Without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights stipulated in the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, if a customer uses a BRETH discount voucher and returns a product purchased with it, the return will be processed according to the approved return policy. A new voucher may be issued for the same discount value.
The discount will not be refunded in cash or by any other means of payment.
