Exchange and Return Policy

Breath Trading LLC is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for its valued customers. This document outlines the store's exchange and return policy, which complies with the provisions of the e-commerce regulations.

The Saudi law issued in 1440 AH (2019 AD) and the Consumer Protection Law.



First: The Golden Guarantee

The store offers an exceptional gold guarantee for the first pack of Breathe nasal strips only, within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• Refunds are available under this guarantee only once per user, regardless of the number of orders.

• This guarantee is valid only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and does not include other Gulf countries.

• The user contacts the customer service team via WhatsApp or email, attaching a picture of the product and proof of purchase.

• The Gold Guarantee request will be answered within three (3) working days of receipt.

Second: Right of withdrawal — Return within 7 days

According to Article Fourteen of the Saudi Electronic Commerce Law, the user has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt without giving reasons and without incurring any fines, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The user must not have used the product or received any benefit from it.

• The product must be in its original condition with all its accessories and original packaging.

• The user bears the full shipping costs for both directions at a rate of (42) Saudi Riyals, which will be deducted from the value of the refunded amount.

• The company does not bear any shipping costs in cases of optional returns.


Third: Defective or non-compliant products

If the user receives a defective product or one that does not match the specifications stated in the store, they have the right to exchange it or

Full refund, with the store bearing all shipping and return costs in this case.


Fourth: Exceptions to the right of return

The right of return does not apply in the following cases:

• Products manufactured according to the user’s request or specifications (custom orders).

• Products that have shown damage resulting from misuse or negligence by the user.

• Products that have been opened and used beyond what is necessary to check, in order to protect the health of all customers.


Fifth: Refusal to receive or non-receipt

If the user refuses to accept the order or returns it to the warehouse, the user will be responsible for the original, undiscounted shipping fee of 21. For international orders, the user will also be responsible for any applicable customs duties.


Sixth: Procedures for requesting a return or exchange

To request a refund or exchange, the user must follow these steps in order:

1. Contact the customer service team via WhatsApp or email within the timeframe specified for each case, attaching a photo or video showing the condition of the product and proof of purchase.

2. The return request will be answered within three (3) working days of its receipt.

3. After the return request is approved, the product is handed over to the shipping company specified by the store.

4. The amount will be refunded to the user within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) working days from the date the store receives and examines the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase as much as possible.

5. In case of replacement, the replacement product will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition.


Seventh: Case Summary and Shipping Costs

The following is a summary of the different scenarios and the determination of responsibility for shipping costs:

Right of cancellation (7 days): The user is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (42 riyals), which will be deducted from the refund amount. The company does not cover any shipping costs.

Gold Guarantee (30 days): The store does not bear the shipping costs.

Defective or non-compliant product: The store will bear all shipping and return costs in full.

Refusal to accept delivery: The user bears the original shipping fees (21 riyals) and customs fees for international orders.
