Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policy
Breath's goal is customer satisfaction. For safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event of a technical error on the website, Breath has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer.
Manufacturing defects are compensated for or the product is replaced.

Funds are transferred within 30 business days, excluding holidays. Refunds are processed via the Salla platform or to a bank account if the latter is unavailable.
The customer bears the delivery fees if they do not receive the shipment or cancel the order after it has been shipped.
Special requests
Customized or custom-designed products cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned.
Packages and offers
If there is a package that includes a basic product and a discounted product, the entire package or only the discounted product can be returned, depending on the case.
Offers such as one piece and one piece free apply only to selected products.
The free product cannot be returned for cash.
Free shipping codes can be applied to offers.
Additional discount codes may not apply to buy one, get one free offers.
