Exchange, Return and Delivery Policy

We provide a golden guarantee for our products within 30 days of purchasing the product when purchasing 10 products or less.

  • We guarantee our products and care about our customers' satisfaction. Refunds based on the guarantee are available only once per customer, regardless of the number of orders.
  • The product's outer packaging has the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) shown on it.
  • The refund process takes from (7-30 working days - bank procedures).
  • The refund does not include shipping costs for both free and paid shipping orders, as they go directly to the delivery companies we use, which is 21 riyals.
  • Refunds will be made according to the payment method used, either by credit card (Visa, Mada, or MasterCard) within a period specified by the bank's or electronic payment intermediary's policy. If payment is made in cash, the customer will be contacted and the amount will be transferred to his bank account.
  • The store has the right to cancel the order without notifying the customer in the event that the product is not available or in the event of a defect in the customer’s order and to refund the amount to the customer within 7-30 working days from the time of order confirmation and does not bear responsibility if the customer refuses return methods such as bank transfer in the event that the return feature is not available with the same card used on the basket.
  • In the event that you do not/refuse to receive your order and your order is returned to the warehouse, you must pay the original non-discounted shipping fee of 21 riyals.
  • Cancellation and Amendment Policy: After completing the order through the website, it cannot be modified or cancelled, whether by adding or deleting.
  • We regret to inform you that we do not offer an exchange service. However, if the product is unopened and in its original condition, it can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us on WhatsApp and attaching a video or photo showing its condition. After it is handed over to the shipping company and inspected, the product amount will be refunded after calculating the shipping fee (SAR 21 + 21). You can then order the desired product separately.

We ship orders through the "Home Delivery" service daily except Fridays, official holidays, Eid and special occasions, and delivery is from 2 to 7 working days to cities in Saudi Arabia, and 5-14 working days to the Gulf countries (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, UAE) from the date of order confirmation. The "Home Delivery" service is a "door to door" service in most cases, but we apologize for not implementing this service in some cases and canceling the order due to the limited availability of the delivery company in some areas, the lack of clarity of the address, and holiday periods or the approaching holiday period, which is subject to the shipping company.
